Product Details
The front module mainly includes gas filtration device,metering device and performance heating module and other equipment.The filtration device is used to remove particulate impurities and condensate in the fuel gas to ensure that the cleanliness of the fuel gas entering the gas turbine meets the requirements;The metering device provides gas consumption parameters for the performance assessment of gas turbines;If necessary,a performance heater can also be installed on the front module to improve the efficiency of the gas turbine power generation.
Main performance characteristics:
- Duplex filter design,which can replace the filter element without stopping online;
- The two-stage structure of the filter removes solid-liquid impurities in depth,and the filtration accuracy can reach 0.3 microns
- It adopts large-flow and high-precision metering devices,with an accuracy of up to 0.5 grades,and can provide multi-party measurement certification calibration such as national standard and pigsar
- High-efficiency performance heating device to meet the performance heating needs of different gas turbines;Equipped with a complete anti-leakage and detection system to prevent gas and liquid leakage accidents
- The skid-mounted integrated design reduces the on-site installation workload and saves the installation and maintenance site
